Evicare® toco mix 50 is composed of min. 50% mixed tocopherols from non-GMO soy beans standardised with organic sunflower oil.
Soy contains mainly the γ- and δ-isomers of tocopherols, which are best suited to protect a product against rancidity and to maintain the effect of active ingredients.
At the same time soy is a plant that has a very high yield of tocopherols which is important to have a natural, sustainable but also low-cost ingredient. GMO-free and Identity Preserved (IP).
