FUCOREPAIR is composed of fucoses designed for anti-ageing skin care products and are particularly suitable for sensitive skins. Fucoidans are insoluble high molecular weight (50-1000 kDaltons) polymers composed of sulfated fucose. They are known to be involved in a wide range of biological activities, including stimulation of cellular metabolism and immunomodulation.
FUCOREPAIR acts by regulating the balance between deterioration and repair of extracellular matrix to decrease the wrinkles and the redness on the skin, thereby reversing the signs of ageing. Wrinkle depth is significantly reduced compared to placebo.
