MELAVOID™ is an extract from Boerhaavia diffusa root native to India, where it is found in the warmest parts of the Himalaya region, at an altitude of up to 2000 meters (Murti, 2010).
MELAVOID™ is a natural brightening agent, standardised in boeravinones. It acts on the initial mechanisms of pigmentation, reducing melanogenic activity and causing a decrease in skin spots and a brightening effect.
