Sustainably sourced from Madagascar using a circular economy model, prickly pear seed oil is abundant in omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids and has a unique, dry touch. This emollient nourishes and soothes dry skin, reinforcing the epidermis' barrier function and reducing trans epidermal water loss. Rich in tocopherols, prickly pear oil offers anti-oxidative activity, and due to its content of unsaturated fatty acids, it revitalises dull and fatigued complexion. These fatty acids restructure the skin, imparting a radiant glow, making it ideal for anti-ageing and well-ageing concepts.
When used in hair care it brings nutrition and shine to the hair and in nails, diminishes brittleness.
Thanks to its restorative properties it is also ideal for stretch marks.
